ffeel® sour = Gin und Tonic + ffeel® COFFEE GRAPEFRUIT YUZU
The classic Gin and Tonic impresses with its floral flavours of the juniper spirit and its usually "dry" companion.
Instead of a fruity tonic, we used ffeel® COFFEE GRAPEFRUIT YUZU as a filler and added ginger to our ffeel® sour for a slightly spicy taste.

Peel the ginger and coarsly grate it for the syrup. In a pot bring to a boil the honey and grapefruit juice. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for approx. 10 minutes to a syrupy texture. Remove the pot from the heat and collect the syrup in a separate bowl using a sieve. Let it cool down fully.
Wash the grapefruit and dry it, quarter it and cut it into thin slices. Put the ice cubes in each glass. For each glass, drip 3 Tbs of ginger syrup over the ice. Fill each glass with 30 ml of gin, 40 ml of tonic water and approx. 80 ml of ffeel® Grapefruit Yuzu, respectively. Decorate with grapefruit slices.
